What this site uses

The public AvertSignal site uses cookies and similar first-party browser storage for three current purposes: Necessary operation, optional Functional preferences, and optional Analytics events. Google Analytics is the only current third-party analytics provider and loads only after a visitor allows Analytics. The site does not currently load a marketing provider.

Necessary storage

Necessary storage records your cookie-consent version, category choices, and timestamp. It also supports security, required checkout continuity, and governed first-touch attribution from approved commissioned sales-representative links. Necessary storage does not contain payment-card information.

Functional storage

If you allow Functional storage, the site remembers optional interface choices such as whether you dismissed the early-access notice. If you reject it, a session-only dismissal may be used so the notice does not repeatedly interrupt the current visit.

Analytics

If you allow Analytics, the site loads Google Analytics and may place privacy-limited page and interaction events in AvertSignal's analytics data layer. Current events describe page context and interactions such as consent changes, exit-intent assistance, calls to action, content engagement, and scroll depth. The site does not send contact-form content through these events. If you reject or later disable Analytics, the provider is not loaded for a new visit and later AvertSignal analytics events are blocked.

Commissioned representative attribution

When you follow an approved AvertSignal commissioned sales-representative link, AvertSignal may set the first-party avs_attribution cookie for up to 90 days. The cookie is secure and unavailable to client-side scripts. It contains an opaque, signed attribution-session token and does not itself contain a visitor's name, email address, representative identity, commission terms, or payment-card information.

AvertSignal's server-side attribution record is the source of truth. It preserves the original representative attribution through approved inquiry, checkout, account, subscription, and billing handoffs; prevents a later link from silently replacing it; and retains evidence for commission review, disputes, security, and abuse investigation. Invalid, paused, or revoked representative links do not set a new attribution cookie.

Your controls

Use the Cookie Preferences control in the site footer to review or change optional categories. A new choice takes effect for later interactions in that browser. You can also clear browser storage through your browser settings.
